Sirkularium Agency is hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to drive B2B revenue by securing commercial partnerships for its roster of sustainability-focused creators. You would be the bridge between corporate brand and ESG teams, marketing agencies and Sirkularium's talent team, identifying prospects, pitching and closing deals. The role is full time and remote, aimed at someone with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, and comes with a base salary plus a performance-based commission.

Sirkularium Agency operates where environmental sustainability meets the creator economy. It represents a premium roster of eco-conscious Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), sustainability advocates and green lifestyle creators.
Its mission is to connect these voices with brands, enterprises and organisations that want authentic environmental awareness, CSR campaigns and green product adoption, without falling into greenwashing. It is the agency arm alongside Sirkularium's environmental consulting practices.
Your role
As Brand Partnerships Manager your main mission is to drive B2B revenue by identifying, pitching and securing commercial partnerships for the KOL roster. You are the bridge between corporate brand managers, ESG teams, marketing agencies and the internal talent team.
The role suits an assertive, quota-driven sales professional who understands green marketing, corporate sustainability goals and the ethical consumer market. You own the pipeline from first outreach to signed deal, and help turn successful campaigns into long-term retainers.
What you will do
- Research and map target industries investing in sustainability, from sustainable FMCG and renewable energy to eco-tourism, green mobility, circular economy startups and corporate CSR
- Build and maintain a B2B pipeline, connecting with brand managers, marketing directors and sustainability or ESG leads
- Build long-term relationships with advertising, PR and media-buying agencies for multi-brand green campaigns
- Respond to inbound RFPs and create proactive pitch decks that align KOL audiences with brand marketing and impact KPIs
- Vet prospective partners against basic ethical standards to protect creators from greenwashing risk
- Structure deals, rate cards and multi-creator bundles, and negotiate usage rights, whitelisting and exclusivity
- Manage contracting from LOI to SOW, transition signed deals to the talent team and upsell into long-term retainers
What we are looking for
- 2 to 4 years in B2B sales, media sales, account management or brand partnerships, ideally in a KOL agency, PR firm or digital media house
- Strong grasp of the influencer marketing ecosystem, social metrics (engagement, ROAS, CPA) and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Familiarity with sustainability concepts (circular economy, carbon offsetting, eco certifications, ESG basics); able to speak the language of corporate sustainability teams
- Exceptional presentation, pitching and written communication; able to translate environmental themes into marketable brand benefits
- An existing network among brand managers, marketing directors or agency media buyers is a strong plus
- Assertive, quota-driven and comfortable owning revenue targets
- Success in the role is measured on gross retained revenue, pipeline velocity, and client retention rate
