USD 700,000 to cut methane from Cambodia's solid waste and wastewater systems through source separation, reduced open burning, and better landfill operations, with pilots in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Kampong Chhnang, and Koh Sralao Island. Open to NGOs, IGOs, and other not-for-profit entities with three years of audited accounts; projects must run under 24 months.
