Who we are

This policy applies to sirkularium.com and is operated by PT Sirkularium Strategic Solution (Menara Rajawali 7th floor, Mega Kuningan, Jakarta 12950). If you have any questions, contact us at mail@sirkularium.com.

Information we collect

When you submit a job application we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp, location, work status, education (including university and field of study), years of experience, current or most recent role and employer, government and sector experience, language proficiency, professional certifications, expected salary, LinkedIn profile, and how you heard about the role.

We also collect the documents and text you provide: your application file (a single PDF containing your CV, cover letter, photo, proof of education, recommendations, references and certificates) and any cover note or references you type.

How we use your data

Recruitment data is used solely to review and process your application, assess your suitability, contact you about the role, and manage our recruitment. It is never used for advertising.

Quiz data is used to generate your result, send you the full report by email, and occasionally share career information we believe is relevant to you. You can stop those emails at any time by replying with the word "stop".

We never sell your data, and we never upload your email address or WhatsApp number to any advertising platform. Our legal basis in both cases is the consent you give when you submit the form.

Where your data is stored

Applications are stored in Google Workspace services (Google Sheets and Google Drive) operated by Google. Your uploaded file is saved to a private Google Drive folder that only Sirkularium can access. Data may be processed on Google's servers in line with Google's own privacy terms.

Who can see it

Only Sirkularium personnel involved in hiring can access your application, and only our own team can read quiz results. We do not share either with third parties except where required by law.

Two service providers process data on our behalf: Google, which hosts the spreadsheets and scripts that store results and send the report email, and Meta, which receives anonymous events from the advertising pixel described below. Neither receives your name, email address or WhatsApp number from the quiz.

The ESG Career Quiz

The ESG Career Quiz at sirkularium.com/esg-career-quiz asks for your full name, the name you prefer to be called, your email address and your WhatsApp number, and records the answers you give during the assessment together with the result it produces.

Submitting your name means you have read this policy and agree to it. If you would rather not share these details, you can simply close the page; nothing is stored until you submit.

We also record which steps of the quiz you reached, the language you chose, the type of device you used, and which link brought you to us. This tells us where people lose interest so that we can improve the tool. It is stored alongside the session, not linked to any profile beyond your own entry.

Advertising and measurement

We promote the ESG Career Quiz through paid advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether those advertisements work, the quiz page loads the Meta Pixel, which reports three anonymous events to Meta: that a page was opened, that someone completed the contact step, and that someone reached their result.

Those events carry no name, email address or WhatsApp number. Meta may nonetheless combine them with information it already holds about your browser to measure and target advertising, in line with Meta's own privacy policy.

You can limit this. Most browsers allow you to block third-party cookies and tracking scripts, and Meta lets you adjust what its advertising uses through your account settings. Blocking it does not affect the quiz in any way.

We also record link tags (utm parameters) so we can tell which advertisement brought a visitor to us. These describe the advertisement, not the person.

How long we keep it

We keep application data for as long as needed to run the recruitment process and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case a suitable role arises. Quiz results and contact details are kept for up to two years so that we can resend your report or share relevant opportunities. You can ask us to delete either at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email mail@sirkularium.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and application data is kept in access-controlled Google accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date shown above.
