Rufford Small Grants for Nature Conservation

Staged funding for small-scale and pilot nature conservation projects, starting at GBP 7,000 for a first Rufford Small Grant and rising through GBP 8,000 and GBP 12,000 to GBP 18,000 for a Completion Grant, covering fieldwork costs. Aimed at individuals currently undertaking or within three years of finishing an MSc or PhD who work on threatened species, threatened habitats, human-wildlife conflict, or community conservation education; there are no deadlines and applications are accepted year-round, limited to one per applicant in any 12-month period.
