Wilkes Climate Innovation Prize 2027

A single grand prize of USD 250,000 in non-dilutive funding (overhead capped at 15%) for validation, pilots, or scale-readiness of a practical solution that either cuts greenhouse gas emissions or reduces exposure, vulnerability, or systemic risk from climate stresses; technological, policy, operational, financial, and hybrid approaches all qualify. Open worldwide to for-profit and non-profit organisations, academic teams, and public-sector innovators at any stage, with no University of Utah affiliation required; applications close 20 November 2026 at midnight Mountain Standard Time.
