The Directorate of Environment at Bappenas, under the World Bank financed GEF Indonesia Sustainable Cities Impact Project, is seeking an individual consultant to prepare policy and regulatory recommendations for strengthening the formulation and implementation of the strategic environmental assessment for regional medium term development plans (KLHS RPJMD), reference ID-LH-563829-CS-INDV. The eight month assignment covers an implementation review, an explanatory memorandum for the revision of Ministry of Home Affairs Regulation 7 of 2018, an institutional framework and draft guidelines, and requires a master's degree, SEA training certification and ten years of experience, with no contract value disclosed.
